Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this transaction without penalty by emailing us or calling our office at 502-509-1570 no later than midnight of the third business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.

If you are unable to attend/participate, you may choose one of the following options at least 30 days prior to the start of program:

  • You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program (ask for details.)
  • Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any IV Sedation Training for Dentists event for up to one full year from your original program date.
  • Classes are limited attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of start of program, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
  • Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

NOTE: We reserve the right to postpone should circumstances arise that make the event non-viable.

Dental Assistant IV Venipuncture & Sedation Monitoring Course

This course is approved by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry to train dental assistants to start IV lines for sedation.

  • 10 hour online course – self-study
    • 6 hour live course in Radcliff, KY on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025  from 10 AM - 4 PM ET
    • If a large enough group signs up before this date, we will also announce an additional earlier course date
