Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this transaction without penalty by emailing us or calling our office at 502-509-1570 no later than midnight of the third business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.

If you are unable to attend/participate, you may choose one of the following options at least 30 days prior to the start of program:

  • You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program (ask for details.)
  • Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any IV Sedation Training for Dentists event for up to one full year from your original program date.
  • Classes are limited attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of start of program, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
  • Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

NOTE: We reserve the right to postpone should circumstances arise that make the event non-viable.

IV Sedation Training for Dentists

TOTAL COST: $14,750 (5 monthly payments of $2950)

You’ll complete 60 hours of didactic study, including 35 hours of live interactive virtual training plus 25 hours of classic classroom training. When you complete your training, you’ll be ready to incorporate IV sedation in your practice with confidence.

Note: You must complete all of the self-paced online training and successfully pass your written and Zoom verbal tests before you can sign up for the clinical experiences.
